PhotARTgraphy is company showcasing the creative art and vision of Sharon Elliott. Sharon is an instructor, and professional photographer. She served on the Community Arts Roster of the Greater Baton Rouge Arts Council, and the Roster for State of Louisiana’s Division of the Arts. she also served as a volunteer photographer at The Potter’s House of Dallas Texas.

Elliott completed her first work of art at the age of four and has been painting, drawing, and creating for years. Sharon studied Fine Arts Painting and Drawing at Louisiana State University, Los Angeles Valley College, and the University of Southern California, where she was a 4.0 student.

Her greatest gift is her ability to create images from her own ideas through various media. She enjoys problem solving and is always seeking a higher means of artistic expression and artistic definition of life and emotions.

Elliott is also accomplished in ceramics and jewelry making, She is also a novelist, poet lyricist, and a professional photographer. She enjoys merging the mediums of photography, painting and drawing with Adobe’s digital products and other digital applications for unlimited creativity and expression.

Elliott knows that God has blessed her to instill the gifts of unlimited imagination, creativity, and self confidence in others, and when it these gifts are given to a child, the reward is immortality. Elliott is gifted in her ability to relate to others and encourage them to have artistic license.

Elliott’s daughter Felicia Hunt was her first student. Felicia has matured into a famous prolific Artist in her own right and is featured at feliciahunt.com. Elliott states that, “Art is the key to immortality. It is the most basic ultimate expression and definition of one’s self.”

The works of Sharon Elliott can be seen at the Elizabethan Gallery in Baton Rouge, LA., and The Uptown Theater in Grand Prairie, TX.
